The 2018 vintage of our Double Eagle Red made by Philippe and Maayan was produced from grapes sourced from two very exclusive vineyard sites in St. Helena and Oakville. The grapes were vinified individually by block to maximize the individual character of each vineyard in the final blend. The lots were fermented in stainless steel tanks with an average of 22 days on the skins before aging for 18 months in French oak. The final blend displays the rich, fruit-driven character that is the signature of our select valley-floor sites.
